the more information; the better.
Once your RA request has been reviewed,
we will email a Return Authorisation (RA) number to you.

Do not return anything without a valid and approved RA number.
Doing so may result in the item(s) being returned to you at your cost.
 

Complete an entry for each return request.
Note: 'Faulty', 'dead', 'does not work', etc. are not valid fault descriptions.
Please be as specific as possible.
